What ages do you accept for karate classes?

We accept students ages 4 and up. We offer kids karate (ages 4-12), teen classes, adult classes, and family classes where all ages train together.

Do I need experience to start?

No experience needed! We welcome beginners of all ages. Our instructors will guide you through the basics at your own pace.

What services do you offer besides karate?

We offer a full fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, and professional tanning services including stand-up beds, lay-down beds, and spray tanning.
